Call-IT is our in-house helpdesk application that guarantees a professional and client-friendly follow-up of every managed services call. The ITIL based system enables  issues to be resolved in a professional way with extensive management reporting included. Professional call management
When a customer calls, his issue receives a priority based on its urgency and impact. This guarantees that critical matters are handled with the utmost speed. The call is linked with the customer's configuration management, so that all IT infrastructure information is immediately available to the engineer who will resolve the issue. The issue is monitored until it is resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Keeping track of call status
To keep track of the status of the issues, every call appears on our central flat screen and gets colour-coded according to its urgency and deadline. With this system we can guarantee that our customer's calls are always 'on the radar'.

Online customer access

Customers have online access to and get an overview of the progress of their calls. They can consult details on all their ICT equipment and components and define searches with various criteria.
