This marks a new phase and confirms Simac’s status as a major partner of NetApp in the Belgian and Luxembourg market. This quality label ensures that Simac’s customers can be even more confident in our expertise.
Simac has been a NetApp Support Certified Partner (SSC) for Belgium and Luxembourg since 2002 and it also has a Professional Services Certified (PSC) status, which allows us to offer worldwide consultancy services to our customers. The status as a Platinum Partner offers many additional benefits, such as early access to useful tools and documentation from NetApp – things that NetApp makes available to its engineers and which are not available to non-PSC partners. Simac now also has access to a NetApp monitoring tool that can be fully integrated into an ITIL service desk and works independently of other NetApp tools, which ensures more active monitoring.
