There is a large range of possibilities between keeping ICT infrastructures under your own management and completely outsourcing them. Simac’s services package addresses all possible forms and levels of ICT management. This management structure is categorised in what we call the Management Blueprint.  
  • ICT Infrastructure Management is the most comprehensive form of outsourcing of ICT management. It includes all the underlying layers and forms of ICT management.
  • Helpdesk Services is the contact point for users of networks and applications. This form of management ranges from simple help at the first echelon to an appropriate answer to complex and fundamental operational problems. In general, the majority of the problems presented can be solved over the telephone.
  • Desktop Management is responsibility for the set-up and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and mobile components such as PDAs. Solutions for office automation, such as MS Office, also come under this type of management.
  • System Management guarantees the proper functioning of hardware and software of the system and the storage. System Management can be expanded with application and database management.
  • Network Management manages the security and performance of corporate and local networks, including wireless networks. 
  • Telephony Management take care of the management of traditional and IP telephony services at the switchboard and at the workplace.
  • Maintenance & Support Services includes all the supporting services that Simac carries out on site or remotely. Among other things it offers organisations maintenance for hardware and software, telephone support or on-site technical support.
