Board of management

The board of management is charged with the management of Simac, which means among other things, that it is responsible for the setting and achieving of Simac's objectives, strategy and policies, as well as the ensuing delivery of results. The board of management is accountable for this to the supervisory board and the general meeting of shareholders.
