Simac Business Solutions offers vertical solutions for both the retail and healthcare market. Regarding retail the main target is becoming the most important full service/one-stop-shopping system integrator for the midsized and large retailers in the Benelux. Simac invests in new solutions for the retail market like POS-systems, voice-integration, video security, alarming, narrowcasting and specific retail software for back office en logistic processes.

For the healthcare segment several services are combined in Simac CareNet, a platform for all ICT tools needed by healthcare organisations in order to operate decisive and customer oriented. Besides that Simac introduced a special platform for an integrated live-and-care-concept named Vicasa.

To support both markets (and also other markets) specific solutions are integrated and designed based on IP-telephony in such a way that voice, data and video come together in one platform.
