The only solution for all forms of (parking) management 

Upholding policy is one of the most important tasks of city councils. For this purpose they employ supervisors such as traffic wardens, town guards, environmental inspectors, sufferance tax inspectors, market and harbour superintendents. In order to support them we have devolopped Sphynxx.

Sphynxx is a management system operated with handheld terminals on the streets. Supervisors can easily report their findings. This can vary from a parking fine to a report on youths hanging around. The handheld terminals are directly connected to the "city hall" by means of a wireless connection.  This gathered information can also be read through later.

Deployment of ‘multi purpose supervisors’ possible
The Sphynxx applications for different forms of preservation can also be used at the same time on one handheld terminal. This makes it possible to support the so-called 'multi purpose supervisors', filling several positions, with only one solution. Thus a traffic warden can impose fines to offenders, file a report on on street litter and inform a tourist on the opening hours of the local museum. 

Always up-to-date information
Sphynxx operates on the streets with handheld terminals that can be connected by GPRS with the city hall. Thus always providing the supervisor with complete and up-to-date information in order to perform his or her duties. 

Extensive possibilities
At the office it is possible to further efficiently process all charges, fines and reports made by supervisors on the streets. It is possible to link with the police, public works, sanitation service etc. Also standard extensive report tools are available (also to external parties such as city district councils).

Linking to existing systems 
Sphynxx already enables the enforcement of mobile parking (GSM) by Park-line and Parkmobile. By means of the open technical structure it is easy to make a link to other (parking management) systems.  Furthermore integration of existing back-office systems (city tax authority, reporting system of public works or sanitation service) is nearly always possible.
