Payment method makes no difference
Parked cars can always be checked. The compliance with rules and regulations can always be maintained. It makes no difference whether payment is being made with coins or smartcard, by means of a mobile phone or with a (digital) parking permit.

Open system
CheckMate Parking is an open system. It supports all systems and all parking methods. By means of a direct link to source systems, the city databases (such as ... and the registration of licences) etc. decreases the chance of mistakes and delay. Fines can be entered and processed immediately. The direct contact with the backoffice makes it possible to see whether for a certain vehicle in a certain period fines were already issued.

Automatic processing
By means of the handheld terminal the violation is registered in the system. The printer, attached to the belt of the officer, will print the ticket. The registered information then will be processed on-line. Or at the end of the rounds the handheld computer will be put in the cradle. Then the fines will be synchronised with the backoffice, who will automatically process them. CheckMate Parking provides an extensive desk and maintenance function. Links to Tobias, Tobias fiscal, Mandaat and several GBD systems are available as a standard option.

Management reports
Apart from the usual export possibilities, CheckMate Parking also includes several standard management reports. The number of fines per street and/or district, number of fines per officer, average number of fines per day of the week or hour of the day. And so on. These reports of course are an excellent tool for making or checking the policy.

CheckMate Parking can be adapted to any specific parking situation. With an additional scanner the parking and transponder cards can be read. Moreover the handheld terminal is suited to read digital permits on the basis of registration number or barcode. Registerered fines can also be processed real-time.
