Simac Datacollect was founded in 1996 by joining the data entry activities of Simac and the take-over of the company Datacollect by the holding Simac Techniek N.V.

Simac Datacollect is specialised in the automation of form- and document flows, including the accompanying processes. This improves the efficiency of the handling processes for our clients and decreases the costs. Our hard- and software products comprise solutions for scanning of relatively simple forms and documents, including the link to existing applications, up to and including the automation of complex processes whether or not supported by workflow.

Digital handling invoices
Not only for incoming documents, but also for digitally sending out miscellaneous documents we offer solutions. In particular we mention the handling systems for incoming invoices with options for sending digital purchase orders.

Speach recognition, email and fax
Apart from solutions for the medium 'documents' Simac Datacollect also specialises in the field of other media such as speach recognition, email and fax.

At this moment Simac Datacollect exists of approximately 20 professional employees, divided amongst sales, consultancy, development, service and administration. Our programmers link all systems required to each other. Our consultants are seniors in analysing work flows and the application of the correct automation solution. Our project leaders guarantee that appointments are being kept during the implementation period. Simac Datacollect has supplied turn-key solutions for automation of document flows to more than 450 companies in miscellaneous branches such as trade and industry, social services, education, financial services and government. Daily hundreds of thousands of users log in on products from our delivery programme in order to perform their duties in administrative processes.

Support
In order to execute our activities we have facilities at our disposal in order to copy the infrastructure of the client. On this infrastructure we run the application used by our client for configuration, implementation, testing and provision of service. Furthermore we have organised our own helpdesk in a workflow system which means that calls always are dealt with quickly.

Our compagnie is located at Ampèrestraat 36 Ede. This office is located near the A12 and is easy to approche when you take exit Ede - Wageningen.
