NV REDE develops and operates business centres. As a government agency, NV REDE provides information and practical assistance free of charge. Primarily the business centers facilitate new companies. One of those centers is the Twinning Center, a center for starting companies focussing on bio-engineering or ergonomics. The Twinning Center has a wide range of facilities, a secretary service and a high level ICT infrastructure.
 High level services
To garantuee a high level of ICT services NV REDE closed a management contract with Simac ICT Netherlands for the local area network. The contract also includes internet services, goes for three years and concerns a standard 100 Mbps internet service over a scalable local network with high availability.
