This system records the presence of participants and reflects real-time the situation. The participants checks in with an ID-card and a reader at the entrance of the class room. In this way they have an overview how many contract-hours the participants have made. The counsellors can examine the current situation during the day by means of a web-based user interface. At the end of the day, the counsellors get an e-mail with the most important information of the group for which they are responsible.
In this way they collect presence-data, which are vital to receive correct financial contributions from the authorities.
