General Meeting of Shareholders
Simac's shareholders meet at least once a year in the annual general meeting of shareholders, which is convened by the board of management and the supervisory board.
In this meeting the board of management gives account of the way it has carried out its tasks and responsibilities: corporate strategy, the company policy and the financial results.
