Simac'ers are closely involved in their work. They put the customer first, maintain their knowledge and help their colleagues. Under working hours, their heart lies with Simac. But what about their private lives? Then where is their heart? What do they make themselves hard for or spend their free time on? Which goals do they think deserve extra support?
A helpful push
As of 2017, we started a new initiative at Simac: Simac Heart. Every quarter, Simac'ers can offer their own charity. From the applications we choose ten that we give a financial support. In this way, we as Simac like to give our support to social goals and projects.
Every year we help 40 associations, organisations, individuals or projects in which Simac'ers are closely involved.
