What data do we process from you
During your interaction with Simac, we request or receive certain personal data. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. This data includes, but is not limited to:

Unless they have parental or guardian consent, we do not intend to collect data from individuals under the age of 16. However, we are not always able to check whether someone is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's (online) activities, in order to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us and we will delete this information.
We do not retain your data for longer than permitted by law and necessary for the purposes for which we process your personal data. The specific retention period depends on the nature of the personal data and the purpose for which it is processed. We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.

In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Simac. You also have the right to data portability.
