Simac IDS is active in the field of attendance registration and access control. Every day, it processes the attendance data of almost 200,000 students from Dutch and English educational institutions, who register for their lectures and seminars, group sessions, digital sessions and participation in ad hoc activities. Its access control systems provide access to six parks with more than 5,000 cottages and holiday homes of leisure customers in different countries, where users change several times a week. In healthcare, access is granted to medical and nursing staff in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as to family and friends of clients. In education, the systems provide access for students to the buildings, but also to their lockers.
