Simac Ladies Tour takes off

Tuesday 24 August the Simac Ladies Tour starts. For six days, the world's top cyclists will battle for the coveted yellow Simac leader's jersey. As Simac, we are extremely proud that we have been able to link our name to this race.

Only multi day race for women

The Simac Ladies Tour is the only multi-day UCI Women's World Tour race in the Benelux. Sixteen teams from eight different countries will start.

Top of the UCI ranking

With Marianne Vos, Cecille Utrup Ludwig, Lisa Brennauer, Lotte Kopecky, Katarzyna Niewiadoma and Grace Brown there are seven riders from the top 10 of the UCI-ranking at the start. Former time trial world champions Ellen van Dijk and Chloe Dygert are also present. There are also eight national champions on the road and six in the time trial.

Every second counts

The battle for victory promises to be exciting. With a short prologue, a longer time trial, two flat stages and two hilly ones, every second can be decisive for the final classification. While the participants must also always be alert to fan formation.

The Simac Ladies Tour starts with a prologue in Ede. The finish is on Sunday 29 August in Arnhem.
