Simac has taken over all shares from hmb, a specialized service provider in the field of business software SAP. With this acquisition, Simac broadens its expertise in the field of SAP solutions.
Within the Netherlands, hmb, located in Weert, is the only organization that focuses entirely on SAP Application Life Cycle Management (Solution Manager). For many large companies, this software is crucial for managing their complex SAP environments. Many Simac customers also use the SAP business software.
Eric van Schagen, CEO of Simac, explains the acquisition: “With this acquisition, the knife cuts both ways. The founders and owners of hmb have been looking for a long time to join a large party to offer their employees and customers continuity. At Simac we offer them that certainty. At the same time, the hmb portfolio is a very welcome addition to our existing SAP services.”
The hmb company was founded in 2006 by Ben Giezenaar and Hans van der Horst. Both join Simac with the twelve other hmb employees. They are a welcome addition to the existing Simac SAP specialists. The entire team is committed to both hmb and Simac customers.
