Presto has therefore expanded its attendance registration module with the registration of data about contact moments, such as a library visit, working on Moocs, a sporting event, WiFi contact in an open learning environment, a contact appointment with a teacher, these are all registered as contact moments. This is in addition to the registration of scheduled group education. Simac has 14 different and proven methods for this attendance registration, ranging from passes and readers, a digital class book, self-registration on smartphones and S-beacons. All methods can be used interchangeably.
The Early Warning module has a series of modules to monitor this engagement. The business rules are free to configure and initiate events by the institution, faculty or department; an email, a report or an appointment. The actions are monitored and tracked in a workflow management module.
