It’s my pleasure to briefly introduce myself to you. My name is Theo Tosserams, 54 years old, living in Belfeld (part of the city of Venlo). I’m very happily married with Mariëlle (for 30 years) and we have two children. Our son Tim (25) who is living on his own already with his girlfriend and our daughter Lenny (22) who is studying in Tilburg. Our family bond is valuable and very strong.

For 46 years already I’m a member of Harmonie "Kunst na Arbeid" in Belfeld, playing the French horn for most of that time. Next to that I play the trumpet in a local “joekskapel” (fun band). That’s no high-level music making but just very loud and above all very pleasant. Driving my motor bike (with sunny weather) and going to the gym for some spinning classes are some other activities in my spare time.

After finishing my study Mechanical Engineering at the Fontys Hogeschool in Venlo and serving in the army for 1 year, I started my career at the engineering department of my first employer (where in the end I worked for 21 years). After 7 years I switched to Sales and since that moment I knew that being in close contact with customers would be my future driver and passion. Being in various sales roles (operational and management) I have learned the importance of customer intimacy within an organisation to drive and grow business. In my role as global sales manager at Simac Masic I will be leading and supporting the sales team in successfully closing deals, finding new opportunities and most of all stay or become a valued partner for those who have put their trust in Simac Masic.
