The supervisory board has the task of supervising the management board and the general affairs of the company within Simac, and the companies affiliated to it, including financial policy and the company structure. The supervisory board evaluates the broad lines of the organisational structure and the control mechanisms that are put in place under the management board’s leadership. The supervisory board supports the management board with advice.
