Cookies inspection

For cookies (biscuit) production lines Simac was asked to produce a quality assurance system that could improve and replace the restraining physical quality control done by multiple QA-operators along the production line.

High speed detection of 40 biscuits per second
Product quality checks on:

  1. Top biscuit crack detection

  2. Height tolerance ± 0.2 mm to fit the end packaging

  3. Oval tolerance ± 0.2 mm to fit the end packaging

  4. Relative position of under and top biscuit

  5. Spillage of the filling
