For syringes Simac has developed a whole range of inspection criteria’s to control the manufacturing process before the product gets its end-status of ready to fill.

Quality control was based on:

1. Overall length syringe + cap

2. Centralized placement of the cap.

3. Needle inside the cap inspection

4. Inside coating inspection

5. Standard detection of glass cracks
